It has come to our attention that someone is using DWACS for fraudulent credit card charges. Please note that we DO NOT accept credit card payments and DO NOT collect credit card data in any way. If you have received one of these fake charges on your credit card bill, please dispute this with your credit card issuer ASAP. Also, if you can help us track down who is illegally using our name, we will do our best to put a stop to this.

I’m pleased to announce that as of December 5, 2008, our network now extends across 4 locations using 4 separate ISPs! This greatly improves our resilience in case of catastrophe at any of our POPs.
We have been working like mad to upgrade infrastructure at our primary Guelph POP. So far, we have added significant amounts of disk space to our hosted infrastructure and have migrated all of our client websites to the new webservers. The only impact of this change from a user perspective should be faster performance.
